WFH-4/5MB　Four-head seamless welding machine for PVC color door and window

It is used to realize the “seamless” (0.2mm weld) welding process for color profiles such as laminated profiles and co-extruded profiles.
All the press jaws with the knife can realize the welding 0.2mm-2mm adjustment, which meets the welding process requirements of the color profile and the ordinary white profile respectively.
With the positioning plate type, and the movement pair of the positioning plate is the slider movement pair, the positioning is accurate, which can ensure the ideal seamless welding effect.
The special profile plate can be installed to achieve good control of the weld overflow range, so that good weld-clear angle appearance quality and weld angle strength can be obtained.
